Live the dream and get off the ground. The P1 or student rating will introduce the knowledge and basic skills necessary to fly and practice under direct instructor supervision in mild wind conditions. Course covers Practical Skills (inflating and controlling the wing, launch and landing techniques) , theoretical knowledge (aerodynamics, weather, techniques) , and safety & risk management.
- Basic ground school
- Basic Launch and Landing Skills
- 6 training flights (might include tandem flights)
- All equipment including wing, harness, helmet and radio is included.
- Bring: supportive boots, gloves, warm/layered clothing.
Time: Approx. 40 hours or 5 days
